Usage data: prompts, generated builds, credit usage, and interaction data within the platform.
Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and referring URL.
Payment information: billing details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Cookies and local storage: we use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your session, save preferences, and cache project data for a smoother experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
Process payments and manage your subscription.
Improve the quality of AI-generated builds and the overall platform experience.

4. Public Builds

When you choose to make a build public, its title, prompt, and rendered content become visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines. Private builds are only accessible to you.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

Buildr uses cookies and browser local storage for essential functionality, including session management, project caching, and user preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and build data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Anonymized and aggregated data (which cannot identify you) may be retained indefinitely for analytics and service improvement.
