Common Questions
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot password” on the sign-in page. We will send a password reset link to your registered email address.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
You can manage your subscription from your dashboard. Go to the Pricing section and choose the plan you want, or contact us at joinbuildr@gmail.com to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, credit purchases, and any other charges. Please review our Terms & Conditions for full details.
My build is not loading. What do I do?
Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If the issue persists, your build may still be saved locally on your device. Open the studio at /generate and your recent project should restore automatically. If it still does not appear, contact support and include your build title and approximate creation date.
How do credits work?
Credits are consumed each time you generate or edit a build. The cost depends on the complexity and token usage of each request. Your plan includes a monthly credit allocation. You can purchase additional credits anytime from the Pricing section.
How do I export my build?
Open your build in the studio and use the download button in the preview toolbar to export it as an HTML file. Source code access is available on paid plans.
